Rumor on Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP)

As said earlier, fellows who are lazy (But supposes them selves to be very dedicated and sincere to VHSE Department) got irritated by the move made by our Government to introduce State Skill Development Programme (SSDP). The resistance from their side is because with the introduction of Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP) through SSDP, they will have to work, by which they will not be able to rob the public money which they are enjoying now.

I strongly believe that such resistors don’t know that the state is following SSDP on the basis of National Skill Development Programme. Such irritants have started spreading rumors about Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP).

Since most of the henpecked fellow mates like to stick on to this hopeless department, their point of view is that ASAP is a trap for the Vocational staff. Dear friends, I am to say that in no way State Government jobs can be a trap for any of the employees. They are spreading this rumor with the view to show off their laziness in its new version

If what I heard is correct, such nuisance creators are also trying to replace the top most executive official who is heading the general education department for their selfish motives with the sole objective of sabotaging the Government efforts to introduce ASAP. (Poor fools – our fellow mates – I think they even don’t know why our Hon. Prime Minister in his speech at Kochi gave thrust on the introduction of National Skill Development Programme in the state as SSDP. It is this SSDP which took the route of ASAP in Kerala).

ASAP will replace the Vocational Stream of the VHSE department very soon. By next year this time let all of us get ready to say good bye to laziness. All of us (The Vocational Staff – Vocational Teacher, Vocational Instructor and Laboratory Technical Assistants) will be reallocated in the SSDP. Be good citizens ready and willing to do hard work rather than sitting idle and discussing family matters. Remember – Idle mind is devil’s workshop.
