1default Is Vocational Teacher post a Waste ? on Mon Oct 20, 2014 12:41 pm

VHSE Terminator

I am posting a topic fro MOVE

In many VHSSs it has been seen that majority of theory portion are being handled by Vocational Instructors.

The first, foremost and relevant question is that if such is the situation, is there any need of Vocational teachers in Schools ? In my opinion, irrespective of positions, those who are having caliber should be given the post of Vocational teacher. It is not a must that Vocational Teacher is as capable as Vocational Instructor. If we compare a Vocational Teacher who some how enters the stream through reservation Quotas, need not have much caliber as a Vocational Instructor who enters with out any reservation

So instead of MOVE raising questions on principal posting etc etc, should raise questions in this direction

Warm Regards - RKR
